REYNOLDS RISES RTT Health Sciences - Diane Reynolds
Diane's appointment as SCMS' Principal Advisor: Warehousing and Distribution
April 2012

RTT Health Sciences is very pleased and hugely proud to confirm that Diane Reynolds has been offered and has accepted the position of SCMS Principal Advisor: Warehousing & Distribution based in Arlington, Washington, DC. Diane will be responsible for providing warehouse and distribution guidance to strategically define sustainable, best practice capacity in 20 PEPFAR supported countries. Communicating the outcomes, learnings and solutions to USAID and the countries’ Departments of Health is also part of her new role.

Diane joined the RTT team in September 2008 to help us bring structure and rigour to our consulting business. She quickly became the hub of all our technical assistance work, ensuring the integrity of solutions offered and the quality of delivery achieved. Two years ago Diane led our procurement and logistics efforts in deploying the $120 million HIV / Aids roll out programme funded by USAID. Appointed as RTT's first ever SCMS Country Director, Diane coached and mentored her team and our operations to success with resounding acclaim. After talking to Diane we asked:'The money was well spent, why?' to which we received: 'Three reasons: Price - to reduce the price of drugs in South Africa; Access - to scale up treatment to 1.5 million patients to ensure there was a consistent supply of drugs; and Shared Knowledge - to share supply chain knowledge throughout the processes in the public sector and we did it on time and in budget.'

'I know that Diane will take this role to a level which surpasses all expectations and delivers for the patients across Africa and the other PEPFAR supported countries whilst taking her superb professionalism to a much broader audience.' Iain Barton.
'It's been an amazing journey to be part of a company that afforded me the opportunity to grow my skills and knowledge; in a job that makes a difference in people's lives', says Diane.

Well done Diane, you are and you make us very RTT and Proud!
