OUR SERVICES
At RTT Scriptworx, we specialise in the procurement, distribution and dispensing of pharmaceutical and surgical products to retailers, medical facilities and to consumers, as well as engaging in skills training and capacity support within the pharmaceutical distribution and dispensing arena. In partnership with RTT Medical and RTT Consumer Health, specialist warehouse and distribution suppliers for scheduled and OTC pharmaceuticals and front of shop products, RTT Scriptworx offers multi-channel solutions for supplying pharmaceuticals to the health care sector and the end user.
The Scriptworx Academy
Founded in 2001 as the S Buys Training and Development Academy, for more than a decade The ScriptwoRx Academy has been offering best quality, accredited skills training and development to the pharmaceutical sector in the operational areas of dispensing, compliance and supply chain management. Health & Welfare SETA accredited and registered as an FET facility, we offer courses in Certified Pharmacist Assistant, Dispensing for Health Care Professionals and Warehouse Operations Management for pharmaceutical distribution. We are also bringing innovative products to market, such as our CPD Compliance Tool and our Accredit-It Manual, a guide to attaining a dispensing licence. |
Wholesale and Procurement Services
Our specialised wholesale procurement and supply services are tailored for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and doctors, as well as government, donor and non-profit agencies active in public health care. We pick, pack and deliver upwards of 15,000 parcels around South Africa every month. To complement our wholesale delivery service, we offer procurement services to our customers, ensuring them significant cost savings, increased profit margins, better product offerings and a seamless supply of stock on shelf, both in the dispensary and in front of shop.
Courier Pharmacy Services
From the RTT Scriptworx Central Dispensing Unit, we deliver chronic medication, HIV medication and non-emergency prescribed medication direct to 30,000 patients every month. We are contracted with over 50 medical schemes, handle all authorisation and operate in full compliance with all medical scheme protocols. We also deliver to doctors and pharmacies and to donor-funded facilities and managed care facilities.
