- Dawn Delivery: Delivery to the main centre by 09:00 the next working day.
- Economy Delivery: Delivery to the main center within 48 – 72 Hours.
- Door-to-Counter Delivery: Delivery to 3000+ Stores within 48 – 72 Hours.
- Overnight COB Delivery: Delivery to the main centre by 17:00 the next working day.

RISK & SECURITY
Within our organisation, a dedicated Risk Management team operates centrally to ensure effective live control of all freight management. This team manages operations from a central control room, overseeing off-site vehicle and Line-haul monitoring. We operate a comprehensive security framework across all our hubs, including:
- 24-hour control rooms
- 24-hour camera surveillance
- On-site security personnel
- Provision of armed escorts as required
- Utilisation of armoured vehicles for safeguarding high-value cargo
- Stringent background checks for all new staff, conducted by accredited vetting agencies before employment
- Outfitting our fleet with advanced vehicle tracking units, complemented by dash cams where deemed necessary
- Equipping our vehicles with state-of-the-art entry prevention and security measures, such as robust cages, pin-activated locks, and specialised covert tracking units.

Notifications
Our customers have come to expect delivery information to be pushed to them automatically. Event based messaging is powerful in ensuring that all stakeholders in the supply chain are informed. Delivery notifications are key to measuring and sustaining client satisfaction.
By warning clients of upcoming deliveries, failed deliveries are reduced by up to 10%. Delivery Exception Management is geared to provide customers early notification warnings on exceptions so that they can respond via interactive channels.
