At RTT our legal compliance and adherence to industry guidelines is our priority. We are certified by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) and the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).

We continuously strive to adhere to the highest international quality standards and are proud of our ISO accreditations achievement. Many of our employees spend most of their working hours on the road, delivering parcels to clients and customers. For this, we have formally committed to ensuring the safety of our drivers on the road by implementing a Road Traffic Safety (RTS) management system, based on ISO 39001.

For specialised medical delivery, our pharma distribution network comprises a purpose-built and designed, SAHPRA compliant warehouse, uniquely configured with solutions for hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare outlets

RTT continuously strives to improve our environment. Our initiatives include:

• We conduct a bi-annual carbon footprint assessment
• We have partnered with Green Path to assist with environmental audit and also guide as a business to continuously reduce our carbon footprint by implementing various initatives to reduce water usage, reduce electricity usage, create awareness and procure responsible products and services
• Green band driving has been implemented in all RTT owned vehicles
• Older vehicles have been replaced with newer, more efficient vehicles that reduces fuel consumption and lowers the level emissions released
• Route optimisation system is being used which assists with planning of trips and avoids unnecessary kilometres travelled.
