The Role

Manage, monitor and control Branch Operations through intelligent planning and Delivery Management in line with RTT’s Service Level Agreement. To deliver efficient and cost-effective functionality and sustained profitability of the business operation and ensure the smooth and optimum running / use of company infrastructure.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience and knowledge in managing operational systems (SLE4)
  • Strong planning and problem solving skills
  • Analytical Ability – Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Ability to analyze information and processes
  • Monitoring skills – Monitoring own performance to make improvements
  • Time Management skills – Managing your own time
  • Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current legislation
