The Role
Manage, monitor and control Branch Operations through intelligent planning and Delivery Management in line with RTT’s Service Level Agreement. To deliver efficient and cost-effective functionality and sustained profitability of the business operation and ensure the smooth and optimum running / use of company infrastructure.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience and knowledge in managing operational systems (SLE4)
- Strong planning and problem solving skills
- Analytical Ability – Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Ability to analyze information and processes
- Monitoring skills – Monitoring own performance to make improvements
- Time Management skills – Managing your own time
- Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current legislation
