At RTT, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and contributing to a more sustainable future. As part of this ongoing commitment, we are actively implementing a range of initiatives across our operations. Our waste management efforts focus on reducing, reusing, and responsibly disposing of materials to minimise our contribution to landfill. We are improving energy efficiency by adopting smarter, more resource-conscious practices that reduce electricity consumption across our facilities.
Through enhanced route optimisation, we ensure that our delivery planning is efficient, reducing unnecessary mileage and lowering overall emissions. In parallel, our fuel and fleet management strategies include the gradual replacement of older vehicles with more fuel-efficient models and the promotion of responsible fuel usage to further reduce our carbon footprint.
Sustainability is an ongoing journey at RTT, and we remain dedicated to finding innovative ways to operate more responsibly today to ensure a greener future.

These internationally recognised standards guide the way we manage our operations, ensuring service excellence, reducing environmental impact, and prioritising the health, safety, and well-being of our people and those affected by our operations and activities.

RTT’s Training Academy gives our people access the various learning programmes, learnerships and on-line training material.
At RTT, we create an environment where people are energised and inspired to be their best. All our major sites is equipped with a Wellness Centre where we offer on-site nurse access, specialised medical testing and access to counselling.
